Asheville – Attorney Gabrielle Paschall Trott’s recently celebrated her one-year anniversary as an associate attorney with the Alleman Law Firm in downtown Asheville. Trott has been an attorney since 2011 when she began practicing with a firm in the Louisville, KY metro area. Today she helps Alleman Law Firm clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, probate and guardianship. Trott earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she graduated second in her class, and recently obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from Western Michigan Cooley Law. Cynthia Alleman opened the Alleman Law Firm in 1996. The opportunities and experiences she has had serving the legal community in Asheville have been rewarding and fulfilling.
Alleman is active with several local charities and truly loves giving back. She is a past recipient of the NC Bar Association’s William L. Thorp Pro Bono Award. Alleman Law Firm also offers $150 discount on legal fees to teachers, police officers, EMTs and firefighters. In response to COVID-19, Ms. Alleman has changed the procedures at the firm to include holding all client meetings by phone or video conference and conducting all document signings outside using sterilized clipboards and pens, gloves, masks following social distancing guidelines. These procedures have allowed the firm to meet the increased demand in estate planning documents, including Advanced Medical Directives.
